Always a reliable place to go. The food is good (though we found the mushrooms to be overcooked this time), service excellent, and our server Lisa brought out a piece of complimentary Billy Miner pie to celebrate our dad's birthday, which was super appreciated as the birthday was only mentioned in the reservation. The only thing that would make the dining experience better is if it weren't so dark in the restaurant. I get the ambience thing but it's just a little too dark for our liking.
Great food and service. One of our steaks came out cooked perfectly and the other was a bit overdone. The waiter himself noticed right away and asked if we wanted to send it back. The manager brought out a replacement and comped it on our bill. They also brought out a complimentary slice of Billy Miner pie as I had mentioned it was my birthday. Both steaks ended up being delicious in the end and the extra touches demonstrated outstanding customer service. Iâll definitely be back!
eating was good, as usual. we found that the lighting was somewhat too dark and the music was a little loud, which prompted everyone to speak louder. everything went well from the arrival and sit quickly, pay and get container for leftover food. Thank you for having us for our jubilee dinner.
my friends decided to go to cripple to celebrate our friends promotion. our server shaquil was amazing and has an exceptional attention with attentive and great service. he shared the lobster special and without asking, he refilled our drinks and made sure we were looked around.
