We dined on the patio due to the virus and were shown to our table by a masked hostess and waited on by a masked server.A great start to a terrific meal. It appears to be a bit higher on the price scale but when...you don't pay extra for the salad, or the bread, or the potato, or the vegies, it is really quite well priced when compared to an ala carte restaurant. The Caesar salad was a bit light on the dressing but it was tasty and well stocked with slices of parmesan cheese and croutons.The steaks were cooked perfectly. They were juicy and spiced just right. We were so happy with the customer service we received tonight, couldn’t have asked for better. We are from out of town and came for a family dinner last night. Before our meals could arrive there was a power failure and as a result we...were asked to leave, many apologies given by staff. We returned today and were remembered by a few employees, once again apologies given (although it was not a Keg issue but rather an electrical one nearby). We ended up having a five star meal and were treated to a complimentary desert. This was such a nice unexpected touch which left us smiling! Your restaurant definitely left an impression on our family! All this said, we will definitely be back again and...

rarely dinate them here, food is simply not what it was earlier. cost-effective and small portions. had the ribs and roasted bun. the first time I had to remove the skin from roasted chicken, because it was not crispy or browned at all, much fat. I couldn't eat. the ribs were disappointing. I can't eat spicy food, but even I found the sauce-bellied . not much meat on the ribs. the service was great, but always will not come back.

This was a great dinner on the usual Keg style. That is great service, steaks and drinks. We didn't have a reservation but with Covid restrictions it would have been a good idea. The seating is socially distanced so noticeably less seating. We were offered...seats at the bar which was just fine with us and allowed us to watch the bar staff in action. Service was terrific and staff very friendly. Another good Keg night.

Enjoyed our dinner, loved the cauliflower mash, lighter than mashed or baked potato. Our server Virginia was attentive as were the other staff, we were checked on often. As usual, steak cooked to perfection, this is our favorite go to celebration dining spot.

A great menu and excellent service. The Keg also has a lovely selection of quality scotch! The staff was really great dealing with the restrictions for Covid as well. Everything was very clean and social distancing was handled very efficiently.

After a very busy day in Thunder Bay My Aunt and I had dinner at the Keg. The atmosphere was relaxing. The service was great. My meal was excellent, I had the ribs.When I go b ack to Thunder Bay I also plan to revisit...the Keg .

the keg is a well-known brand and always offers a well-known tariff of the finest steaks. choice of the atmosphere is very trendy and pleasant for business or other.

they held physical distance from table to table. eating was excellent and I love my head rib. billy miller pie is a must for dessert

as usual eating is delicious. the staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. I'm going back to the finals.
