Went for an easy dinner on a Saturday. It was 5pm when we arrived and not too busy. We were seated on the patio.Our waitress was lovely until our entree was delivered. Then she disappeared and we didn’t see her again until we were entirely finished and waiting for the bill. Something was off when she did arrive back and we were effectively dismissed. No offer of drinks, coffee, dessert, nothing, not even a smile. . Just “is that all- can I get you the bill?”The kicker, it was my birthday. We’ve visited this restaurant several times, and the service has always been friendly. However, during our recent visit, the food didn’t meet the high standards we’ve come to expect. The calamari lacked flavor, and the main dishes were merely satisfactory. My daughter ordered her usual chicken fingers and fries, but she wasn’t very happy with them this time—the fries were excessively salty. As for my chicken, it tasted a bit too salty as well. On a positive note, the mashed potatoes were fantastic. The food was quite good overall! We started with calamari and tuna tartare. While the calamari was a bit tough, it was still tasty. The tuna tartare was just okay, so I might try a different appetizer next time. Both the steak and prime rib were excellent and cooked perfectly. However, we did have one issue: we ordered a slice of cake to celebrate my birthday, but we weren’t offered it for free. My boyfriend had mentioned my birthday when making the reservation, and he even brought it up to our waiter when we arrived. My boyfriend I and his friends were having dinner at this location.As much as I like steak and lobster this time the offer to try something new was a little too much.We have very nice waiter to help us and he recommended a lobster sauce Well, we thought it would be definitely a good add on for a nice dish.To our surprise and disappointment it come in very tiny shiny size of the shot glass.It was upsale, $20 !!!! We were looking for some pieces of lobster but all we got was tiny test of expensive lobster.Just wanted to share my thoughts about this.Overall everything was great and food fresh and delicious ? I ordered prime rib rare and was told it will be medium rare. My wife ordered medium prime rib. Hers was rare and not to her liking. She brought it home. I sent a message on open table that it was a birthday. I reminded them when I arrived that it was my wife's birthday. They promised to let the server know, Nothing was done to acknowledge her birthday. Very disappointing to say the least. We did not have a single conversation with any staff. Why ask if there is a special occasion if you are going to ignore it? Why advertise that you can have your prime rib rare and then say it will not happen?

Everyone loves the Keg especially me.I Always get gift cards. I’ve dined here so many times I’ve lost count. Love the steak and Lobster. My family and I have always had a good experience. Sometimes they are super busy but that’s what happens when you have great food and a friendly easy going environment at a good price.Parking: Lots of parking but the spots fill up fast because it’s such a fun ent and it gets busy.

Excellent steaks prepared to perfection, especially at this location. The Keg sets the standard for top-quality steaks, accompanied by delicious sides such as the twice-baked potato and cooked vegetables. The Billy Miner pie is a classic and comes highly recommended as a unique dessert option.

Have been here a couple of times once for a work social and another time personal. I would say this location is one of the better managed the Keg restaurants. Atmosphere is chill, the location is very clean and their patio is spacious and beautiful. Reserva una mesa ahora

Always a perfect steak dinner and a nice night out, great ambiance. During my latest visit PJ was our waiter and he provided excellent customer service. Try the Billy Miner Pie for dessert.

Had an amazing time at The Keg Steakhouse great ambiance, attentive staff, and delicious steaks cooked to perfection. Highly recommend!
