I?m writing this review to give a shout out to Sabrina (I think that is her name because this was the name on my order receipt. I called to ask what gluten free options the restaurant had and without hesitation, meticulously went through the menu and listed EVERY item from wings to fries to burger buns, that was gluten free. She could have easily just told me to look online or skipped over the options to get me off the phone but the fact that she took the time to really consider my question and ensure I understood the options I had- well, that is very difficult to find the restaurant industry. Highly recommend based on my experience with her. Great customer service!
I can't praise this restaurant enough! I started with the mozzarella sticks, which were incredibly cheesy and delicious. Then I had the shepherd's pie, and oh my goodness! I haven't had that since I was ten, and I wish I could order it every day—it's that good! I really want to compliment the chef. You all have to give it a try! The mac and cheese was tasty, though I did need to add a pinch of salt as it was a bit plain. Not a huge issue, though. I appreciated the option to dine outdoors since I'm not vaccinated, which made the experience even better. Overall, this place is fantastic, and the service was wonderful!
Great service great food, must try all the wings. We watched the Rangers win some games here. Its a perfect bar to watch your favorite sports teams, Tvs are everywhere. Bobbi was our server extremely knowledgeable with the menu and once the place got packed she made to come By our table and make sure we had everything we needed. 5 stars just for her and the service. I think the tap had 14 beers to choose from tried to drink them all. LGR
The best wings on the island! Their buffalo sauce has a nice kick to it. If you're in the mood for something sweeter, try the Great Wall, which is a teriyaki-style sauce. We ordered the Great Wall wings, boneless buffalo wings, cauliflower wings (which were fantastic), and a chicken quesadilla. Everything was delicious!

Always a good time here at The kettle black! I?m been to the Brooklyn location dozens of times but this make it my first time at the Staten Island location I am very pleased with the service and how quick our food arrived. Love coming on boneless Monday?s and Wing Wednesday.
Everything we ordered was fantastic! The chicken wings were delicious and reasonably priced, with a wide variety of flavors to choose from. I highly recommend trying the shepherd's pie; it's one of the best I've ever tasted!
Bought wings and fries the season fries and regular fries both tasted the same burnt and very soggy... wings alright would be better smoke wings but won't like to go back food not that great... staff very good and kind..
This is a fantastic restaurant! My favorite dishes are the Old Bay and Parmigiana wings. The atmosphere is really comfortable. I still miss Al and Joe, though.

The place was awesome. Great atmosphere and vibe, Great food and service, and plenty of TVs to watch the NY teams on. The place also had DJ pumping tunes.
eating is moderately aggressive and the owners are fascist friendly.
