The King's Head Pub

The new menu is fantastic! They've recently updated it, and I have to say, the change is for the better. I tried their lasagna, and it was truly amazing. If you're a fan of Boston Pizza, you might find some strong competition here. The prices are great, and the portions are generous, especially when it comes to the amount of meat. I was so full that I still had a spoonful of meat left on my plate! The staff were very friendly, too. I had a chat with the manager, who mentioned that they’ve brought in new cooks. You definitely need to stop by and check out their new menu; I promise you won't be disappointed!

Fun place, great music. I've only been here to eat once and I ordered a burger. I can't remember which one but it was really big and good. Price was good, too.I've been here to drink and have fun countless times with friends and it's always been really fun. Despite how busy it usually is on the weekends the service is attentive and quick. They have live bands that play rock type music and later on they play some top 40's which is always fun. I enjoy the place. It seems to have a mix of younger and older crowds which is always entertaining. Overall, a fun place. I'll continue to go there.

Kings Head Rocks!. I usually just hang out at the Kings Head for the Live Music on the weekends, and occasional Thursday or Sunday, however they don't have music on Thursday or Sunday anymore (Big disapointment, as there is no where to go to see music), I did stop in on Monday to catch some of the football game. Awesome specials 0.30 Cent Wings during all Football Games! $5.00 Pizza and cheap cold beer perfect! Had a beer, 20 Wings and Personal Pizza, bill was less than 20 bucks plus tip... best money I ever spent anywhere else that would be double!

New Year's Bash. I went a couple of year's in a row for New Year's and had an absolute blast!The wait staff was great,the food better and the drinks fairly reasonable.The bands they get in there rock the joint,just make sure you pre buy your tickets so you're not standing outside freezing your ass off!All in all,this is a good place to ring in the new year!

I absolutely adore the staff and the music! While the food is quite disappointing, it’s worth noting that this is one of Calgary's oldest live music venues, so who really worries about the food? The place has a strong 80s vibe—part pub, part dive bar, but 100% fun!

We visited the area this afternoon and decided to stop by for some drinks and appetizers. The service was excellent, and the sliders were absolutely tasty. This was our first visit, but we definitely plan to return.

9 cents wings. For 9 cent wing size, I think it's very decent and tastes good.
