The Lexington Rooftop Terrace

I came here this afternoon with my wife for afternoon tea. It was a gift from my son for fathers day. It was a wonderful sunny Saturday afternoon. My wife had a elderberry mocktail, which was like pimms. I had a Pinacolada, and a pineapple twist cocktail, which was nice and sweet. They sat us inside for our afternoon tea. But we could go outside on the rooftop with our drinks before and after our afternoon tea. The afternoon tea consisted of 4 finger sandwiches. Salmon, ham and mustard, beef and horseradish, egg and cucumber. We asked to swap our salmon for another one and they happily obliged. So we had 2 of one of the others. Lovely large airy bar with comfortable seating, an outdoor rooftop area (great in nice weather) the young barman who served us was very friendly and charming, took photos, and was attentive.. we were a party of well behaved hens, who had an enjoyable couple of hours here after a meal. Nice selection of cocktails.

We had a great time at the Lexington rooftop bar. We can't fault the staff at all, the drinks are quite expensive, but that's to be expected. We had a member of staff who was very attentive to us called Will. He was a real character and made our evening all the more pleasant.

Venue is beautiful. Espresso martini's were not the best I've tasted but other cocktails were nice. £9 and £10 each Had the Canapés which were tasty but tiny. Don't go hungry !

First visit with wife and daughter, daughters nineteenth birthday. Table reservation hadn't been organised and the clientel was not as expected. Jury is out...

Visited the roof at the bar on Saturday evening (07/01/2023). Thanks Sara and the bar staff for great service drinks. Had a very nice evening.

Cocktails are beautiful, the staff and the atmosphere are brilliantly easy to listen music just to be all round beautiful place
