The Lion - Reserva de mesa

Visiting The Lions is always a delight. I typically come here to enjoy live music, and I recently attended a quiz night on Christmas Eve. The bartender was great—very welcoming! The clientele are mostly regulars and I've never encountered any issues. The establishment is always clean and well-kept. The drinks may be on the pricey side, but there's a designated smoking area out back. My partner and I often stop by for a drink, and we always have a good time.

I pass by this pub every day, and it's always bustling with activity. The beer garden looks stunning with its lights, barrels, and plants. I had a situation where my car wouldn't start, and Kieran went above and beyond to help me out. He made calls to arrange assistance, and I really appreciated it. Now that I'm sorted, whenever someone asks about places to go, I always recommend The Lions! The next time I'm in Newbury, it will definitely be my first stop.

My first visit to The Lion was brilliant. Kevin and Julia were perfect warm and welcoming. The beer was outstanding (and I have consumed a fair few pints of 6X! . Do visit this hostelry. It does what it says on the tin!
