They claimed to have the full menu, but there were no drinks, ice cream, or shakes available. In fact, they were missing most of their food options and only offered the bare minimum. The service was awful; it took over eight minutes just to get a cookie from their heater. Additionally, they weren't open during their usual hours, despite stating they would be. When I finally got my cookie, it was mostly raw and served in a bowl—I could actually taste the raw cookie dough. I really hope they improve because I would love to eat there!
They forgot my order and I needed to remind them, then it took forever to come out. I also think there needs to be a separate area for pick ups other than the bar where people are sitting. Overall severly dissapointed by the service, was not worth the massive time investment.
The food takes an incredibly long time to arrive. I waited over 20 minutes for just 5 or 6 mozzarella sticks. The full menu is rarely offered. I understand that service may have been affected during the pandemic, but we should have moved past that by now.
This is a fantastic spot for students on campus to enjoy pizza and ice cream! The prices are very reasonable.

The cookies here are phenomenal. Can't get them better anywhere else on campus.
