Sunday Morning Breakfast, the venue is exceptionally busy during peak time - as are most Perth breakfast locations. We ordered coffees first whilst we waited for a table. Flat White was ok, nothing special. Iced Latte tasted solely milk - not sure there was even a shot of coffee in it? Scrambled eggs arrived within 15 minutes, My partner waited to eat his eggs, but started after 5 minutes when my muesli (Bircher - you would expect prepared ahead of time??) He finished his dish entirely, and mine still hadn't arrived. He did say these were the best scrambled eggs he had ever had! A bit crowded but food was amazing. Both presentation and taste of the the food was way above average. The pancake, though, was nice at first but came across a bit too sweet. It needed something sour to balance out the sweetness but all in all was pretty good. The pumpkin mash tasted great although the portion was a bit small. The ice mocha tasted amazing it was the right balance of both chocolate and coffee. The bitterness didn't overpower sweetness but instead complimented each other.
Vinimos aquí por el brunch el jueves y nos sorprendió lo bien que era. Tuve el crujiente salmón de la piel que pensé que era una opción extraña para el brunch, no decepcionó. Salmón perfectamente cocinado, papas crujientes y un generoso servicio de salsa de holanda cremosa rica. ¡Yum! ¿Y qué sería un café sin un buen barista italiano?!? We came here for brunch on Thursday and we were amazed at how good it was. I had the crispy skin salmon which I thought was a strange choice for brunch with it didn't disappoint. Perfectly cooked salmon, crispy potatoes and a generous serve of rich creamy hollandaise sauce. Yum! And what would a cafe be without a good Italian barista?!? Our coffees came out fast and perfectly hot. All in all, the place has a friendly relaxed vibe and we will definitely be back!
Tried the latte here. It's possibly a little bit unfair giving an average rating based on just 1 sales article but such is life and the coffee was okay. In comparison to all the exceptional places perth has to offer, 3.5/5 isn't that bad. A little too much milk and lacking flavor.
