After all of these years the Lobster House still serves solid food and the options of how you want to eat lend to a nice versatility. You can order outside and sit on a boat with a bar. You can get takeout. You can sit inside the old school restaurant. The decor is dated but feels right as it should be that way. The food. Solid and great at times. The warm bread was delicious and a nice starter. The snapper soup needs improvement. The meat was plentiful but the broth tasted like brown gravy and was watery. Should have been much better. The cheeseburger was juicy and overall good but I ordered it medium and it came out well. Not even close. The fact that it was still flavorful saved it for me...

There's a reason this place has been here for 100 years! Great food and great service and prices are appropriate for quality. Here's something for everyone. You have a fantastic fresh catch shop if you want to take something home to prepare yourself later. They have a smaller diner in front for a quick bite and they also have a large dining room with beautiful views of the marina. There is also a bar where you have full access to the available menu items. Many free parking on the street. If you go for lunch, order your fish on the plank! You will not be disappointed!

This is a lovely spot to visit on a Sunday, with the outdoor boat bar offering beautiful views of the water and passing yachts. You can even arrive by boat and dock right at the restaurant. The food is tasty, particularly the lobster salad sandwich on a brioche roll and the shrimp salad sandwich. The steamed clams are fantastic, and the stone crab claws are exceptional. The service is always good, as long as it’s not too crowded. I've been here multiple times and will definitely return.

We decided to come here during the spring break. It is a little pricy, but an excellent substitute for the visit. My children and the broad were surprised how fresh and tasty lobsters are here. It was amazing. The vegetarian plate was also delicious. It was full of fresh vegetables and sweet pasta. I loved it. Other dishes and pages are also fantastic. The price is a bit high, but if I look at the quality of lobster and other seafood, I cannot complain. I wish I could come a lot. Reserva una mesa ahora

Sarah was incredibly helpful and ensured that every detail of our day was flawless. The pricing and flexibility made the planning process incredibly easy. We can't recommend the Lobster House highly enough for any event you need to host. Plus, the food is truly exceptional!

Great food with several options to eat. There's the restaurant, the raw bar, take and the Schionership. We ate out of the bar. We ate our food on the deck with a great sunset view. Soft bowl crab sandwich was not a joke and the best! Fresh shrimp, oysters and shrimp pizza also excellent. Great place for children and big parties, where you do not need a reservation or need to wait hours. Outdoor dining is great.

Lobster House is a great old iconic place in Cape May. More for tourists, but always great service. The waiters were busy, but they're good what they're doing. The food was good. No fan of bread pudding. I had bread pudding in the south to die for, but that wasn't the same. The sauce about it was very good.

We enjoyed the atmosphere inside the restaurant, staff was very nice. Menu has rich selection of seafood and American food. I had lobster salad, all ingredients were fresh and tasty, felt like they were just picked from the garden. Food is amazing! It was very busy and had great service all night. All of the food was delicious and fresh. I had a 3 lbs lobster that was cooked perfect! The view is also great it’s nice to look at the water while you eat I highly recommend the lobster house the fresh market is great as well!

Love this place. I've been coming here since I was a kid, every Summer. The food never fails, always delicious!!! The scallops are SO TENDER! I brought my boyfriend here for the first time and out of all the places we've visited in our 3 weeks here thissummer, this was his favorite.
