It also seemed like all orders were required to be taken through a POS system that necessitated the use of a tablet by the servers, and it appeared they had only one functional tablet available. If that’s the case, it reflects poorly on the management for not ensuring the staff is properly equipped for busy weekends in the area. Once our food arrived, we waited an additional 4 or 5 minutes for silverware because they had run out. I don't hold the waitstaff accountable, as they were clearly doing their best under difficult circumstances. The management really needs to step up to ensure their staff has the tools they need to handle busy times at GOTL effectively.

The restaurant is clean and cozy! They have an amazing selection of drinks at the bar. The service was excellent and quick! The bartenders were fantastic, and they even had Busch Light! We ordered pizza, onion rings, and a grilled chicken salad. The onion rings were delicious, but I wish the salad had more vegetables and cheese. I also have a habit of adding fries to my salads, so I insisted on that. The pizza could have used another minute or two in the oven to get a bit crispier, but it was still very good. I hope to come back soon, especially in the summer when we can stay longer! Oh, and the Loft sauce mixed with ranch is soooo good!

Worst experience ever! Sat for an hour waiting when finally got our food it was so disgusting was never checked on no refills nothing will never ever go back! The Loft is definitely one of our favorite spots for dining and drinks. The staff is fantastic, and the manager, Kyle, is one of the most dedicated managers I've encountered. The food is outstanding, and the restaurant is consistently tidy, clean, and well-organized. Reserva una mesa ahora

The wings were incredible! I ordered takeout for dinner, and the price per person was between $10 and $20. The food quality was rated a 4, the service was excellent at a 5, and the atmosphere also scored a 4.

Excellent service! I even bought some specialty sauce to take home, and it was amazing. Sierra provided outstanding service. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 5 stars!
