The Longs Arms - Reserva de mesa

We had a table for 6 in the restaurent for Sunday lunch. The staff and owners here are really lovely and attentive. Food and atmosphere is great too. Last time we went in the bar this time the restaurent, there is a nice garden as well. Sunday roasts arent cheap but its a generous portion. I had a burger which was really good. Overall we had a lovely time here. The table that arrived half way through our meal were ridiculously noisy but that is not the Long's fault and the manager did apologise a few times. It didnt affect our enjoyment and we will definitely continue to come here for lunch as often as we can. Its a beautiful village as well.

I decided to try the Caesar salad again after a disappointing experience during a previous visit. Unfortunately, it did not look like what was advertised on Facebook. The chicken was overcooked and tasted burnt, there was hardly any dressing, and overall it was not worth the money. Thankfully, my friend had a great lunch and enjoyed hers, so I gave a higher rating based on her experience. Personally, I was very disappointed and would not order it again.

We dined at the Longs Arms on Valentines night, we were hoping for a quiet romantic meal and the Longs Arms delivered! A lovely quiet setting, the service was attentive without being disruptive. The food was excellent and great value for money. The rose on the table and the heart shape napkins were a nice touch too. I would definitely recommend eating here and we will certainly be returning soon.

We were a table of 8, ordered mains only. Service was really slow, forgot one of the drinks with the initial order. Food took an hour to come . £18 for the vegetarian option Caesar salad is overpriced for what you get : lettuce, dressing and 4 croutons certainly not worth the money . Such a shame as we want to support our village pub Reserva una mesa ahora

We went for lunch at The Longs and as a vegan eating out can sometimes be a bit hit or miss. The choices at The Longs were definitely a hit. The food was superb. The service was excellent and this will be our 'go to ' pub now going forward.

Well above average pub restaurant. We had a very pleasant evening meal in the bright window seat at the front. We were 5 adults. The waitresses were especially friendly and helpful and made the evening all the more enjoyable.

Fantastic evening at the Longs. Lovely staff and we all enjoyed our food. Bonus with the half price desserts, the chocolate mouse was amazing! We will definitely be back!
