When we walked around, the location was beautiful. We were quickly welcomed by a friendly staff. We sat and it took a moment to get our orders, but we came right after lunch. We ordered 4 entrees and 2 appetizers. The prices were decent for fish restaurant. Although the shares were disappointing for the price. The food had a generic taste. On the small seafood plate (pictured) I got 2 fried shrimps, 2 fried oysters, and a fillet fish divided in half as 2 fish strips and a handful of frits for $17. It was more of a children's plate. The prices are budget-friendly, ranging from $10 to $20 per person, which is reasonable. The food was decent, but it didn't stand out to me—hence the 3 out of 5 rating. The service was also just okay; it was neither particularly attentive nor slow, but it lacked that extra touch of friendliness. The atmosphere was comfortable, but nothing remarkable. If you decide to go, I would recommend trying the seafood dishes, as they seem to be the highlight of the menu.

Overall, it was an average experience. I didn't finish either my crawfish étouffée or my seafood gumbo, which is quite unusual for me. However, the service was excellent. The beignets were just okay; nothing compared to those at Café Du Monde, but that’s a tough standard to meet. Food: 1, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 3.

The food was really good. With the exception of a couple plating errors. The waiter, could have done better. I would have liked to have had a tea refill. It was very hot and stuffy.
