The Melting Pot Lyndhurst

My husband and I used to go to the melting pot once a quarter before covid. We were excited to go for the first time in years. Besides the food, we always enjoyed the service. We were severely disappointed with the service on Saturday. They went from star service to star. The server didn’t greet us, have one word answers and never checked if we needed refills. When you’re paying for a meal, the service adds to the value. Im honestly not sure if we will be back to melting pot after the experience we had

We have gone to the Melting Pot for my daughter's birthday for ten years now. We understand there are labor shortages, so we were patient. We had a table off to the side that was a walkway for staff so was loud. Server forgot to turn on the burner so we did it ourselves. Hopefully this is just a temporary slide as staff get trained and comfortable

The restaurant was horribly backed up and unprepared for our reservation, and many others. We waited minutes for our table and then had to wait longer to get served. A terrible experience

Every time we’ve dined here we have loved it and last night was no different. Great service, fun and yummy food and you can never go wrong with the chocolate fondue (we did the s’mores) Reserva una mesa ahora

Katrina was a great server! Food and experience amazing as always. The other guests were a little noisier than I’m used to (they were children) but overall it was fun

Had a wonderful night. Food was delicious. Our waitress Cory was great . She had a trainee who was with her too who did very good . Amazing night

The service was extremely slow had to wait around hr to get the entree after initial serving bread, fruit veggies. Will not be returning
