Have not been to the Melting Pot in several years. Had such a wonderful celebration for our friend. The food was so good and of course, the chocolate is the best. Kit was our server and one of THE best servers I have had. Personable, attentive, informative and went above and beyond. We enjoyed the Pacific Rim and Steak Lovers, Fiesta cheese and the Chocolate Turtle dessert. Now we are rolling home.
We had À la carte. As it was our first time, we tried all signature dishes like the classic alpine cheese fondue. In the èntree fondue we chose chicken potstickers, herb crusted chicken breast and shrimp. The cooking style was coq Au Vin which had burgundy wine, mushrooms, garlic and scallions. The yin yang chocolate fondue is a must try. It was the best fondue experience.
Went there for an early birthday treat with my sister and everything was just so amazing. The quality of service is top tier. Our server (totally forgot her name but she had a pink-ish blonde pixie cut) was just the best server ever super helpful with ordering and made my birthday so sweet she even sang happy birthday with my sister. Really good Thursday night deal btw!
Amazing experience. I am vegan and the entire staff accommodated me so well. Sat us at a table with 2 burners so myself and the non vegans could all enjoy a meal. We typically love this place, but the most recent visit was not great. They seem to be understaffed and refills and service was slow and poor. We were celebrating my son’s 10th bday and even though we notified them….zero acknowledgment. This place isn’t cheap and usually the service is much better.
Overall fantastic it was our anniversary and our waiter made sure to make it as special as possible. Food was delicious, service was excellent, even though the drinks was strong. We made a reservations we walked in gave our name and was seated right away. (No Wait) Definitely will be going back.
Everything was great, Riva our server was wonderful, very personable, attentive and knowledgeable. Could not have asked for a better experience. We were a large party but everything went great!!
Went for our 4 year anniversary service was excellent our server took the time to ask our story and questions about us to make us feel welcome. 100 percent would recommend Reserva una mesa ahora
