Ordered double stack on my burger but didn't come with that and was taken off the bill as wasn't going to wait for a other one to be cooked. We had a side of onion rings and one of them had unmixed dry flour inside of it which put us off eaten the rest so sent them back and they was removed from the bill but wasn't really given or offered anything for the inconvenience I appreciate mishaps happen but just left a negative on the Zak's meal which we use quite often.
A long awaited return to Zakâs after a few poor meals in the past. Boy, has it been turned around, great food and lots of it, fast and friendly service and a great atmosphere. Zakâs the original American Diner is back. We canât wait to revisit!

Not suitable for large groups as tables are extremely small. Everything else was amazing.
Only place in Norwich I know if that does the best raspberry milkshake's
