We tasted the barbecue from Mission Barbecue at the pop up location at Stone Brewing next to the Luggage Room in Pasadena. What can I say? Delicious-period. The tender brisket, which was smoked perfectly, melted in our mouths and the Mac and cheese was perfect. In addition, the staff were so gracious and friendly. Thank you for a wonderful culinary experience. I will look forward to the other choices on the menu which I am sure will not disappoint.
The best brisket and ribs! I found this business on Yelp when I had an upcoming party. The guests went crazy for the food. One guest lives in Torrance (we were located in Tujunga) and he said he hoped they delivered to Torrance. Judith was a delight to work with and very kind. The Saturday delivery made throwing this party a breeze and a huge success. Thank you Mission Barbeque!
They are at Stone brewing tonight in Pasadena, and oh my goodness! I'm so glad I stopped by tonight, the tri tip was soooo tender. That was cooked with tender loving care. Absolutely amazing tenderness, flavor and the bbq sauce had the right amount of spice. If you can find them, go and feast, You will not be disappointed.
I think of true down south Tennessee Barbque when I ate this. The love that 's put into the food is just as important as the recipe can I say The Mission Barbque has it down to a science. I had the tri-tip sandwich with all the toppings, and it was truly something special. It was the ultimate barbecue sandwich—juicy beef, creamy macaroni, tangy coleslaw, and crispy pickles all combined perfectly. Absolutely delicious!
We absolutely loved their BBQ! We ordered the tri-tip sandwich loaded with all the toppings, along with a side of mac and cheese. You definitely have to try the sandwich—it was massive!
My family and I had the Brisket meal. It was delicious. Such cool and nice people. The sides are equally as good as the meats. They compliment them nicely. Will definitely order again.
