The New Albany - Reserva de mesa

Enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea for a baby shower. The food was excellent and there was plenty of it. Dietary needs were catered for. We all felt welcomed and relaxed and had fun. The only downside was that the tea and coffee was not served at the table and we had to serve ourselves from large thermos flasks. Not sure if this is usual for afternoon tea or just because we were a large group there all at once. I will go again to see if it is different with a small group ie 3 or 4 people.

Came in for a coffee for the second time, lovely place. Noticed the manager of the establishment has excellent hospitality skills and is sure to sit and talk to his punters before they leave. spectacular display just very hard to find in 2018. Be sure to visit again 5 stars!! Recommendations for anyone to visit to stay or to just have a relax.

This was quite disappointing,I was expecting a lot more than we actually got . I wouldn't say it was horrible but it also wasn't that great either. We had fish and chips which were very greasy and unfortunately required a couple of gaviscon . The restaurant was clean and trendy looking and the staff were lovely.

Breakfast with Santa was lovely. The children enjoyed a lovely breakfast of pancakes and strawberries before being greeted by Santa and his elf who gave them a selection box! It was really reasonably priced. We enjoyed a full english breakfast too which was tasty and the portion was great! Same time next year Reserva una mesa ahora

We used the reception room at the back which was lovely, decor is modern an looks newly refurbished. Industrial look with scaffolding pole and planks to make the table, comfy chairs. Everything was super clean. Staff very friendly and constantly looking after us.

This hotel was disappointing. There was no restaurant, and on our second night, we returned to find a chaotic scene with a violent fight happening—tables were being thrown, and people were injured. This was not what two ladies traveling alone needed.

I was welcomed by director Mark his polite staff as i'd booked my room for the particular weekend. Enjoyed my stay felt very relaxed breakfast was brill to. Very recommended ps thanks Mark for understanding about my anxiety, I'll be back.

Lovely venue and nice food a little more attention needed by the kitchen as several errors with our food order, although we saw the waitress write it down correctly. Reserva una mesa ahora

The sink was a bit small. I didn't interact much with the hosts, but they were very accommodating when I arrived late.

Great atmosphere, wonderful staff, and my aunt had an amazing 80th birthday celebration. Thank you, everyone! xxx
