Lovely riverside pub. Plenty of outdoor seating, some right by the water. The service is friendly and the indoor area looks really inviting and comfortable. Good selection of drinks and a fine compact food menu with all the usual dishes you would expect, from fish and chips to sandwiches. The location is brilliant for walks along the river and there is free parking nearby. Price per person: £1–10

The landlord was grumpy and had a lot to drink, refused service for no reason- even after a sensible conversation. Staff understood that the landlord was “often like this”. Staff members seemed fed up with his behaviour. Landlord ruined our evening, calling my best friend a “stupid idiot” right up in her face. Atmosphere: 1

Very friendly staff. Beautiful location it's one of those old pubs, fire on the go ,just good vibes all round we didn't try the food so can't comment... Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Characterful pub with lots of outdoor seating including some down by the river. We only stayed for one round of drinks and to use their old-fashioned outhouse urinals. Reserva una mesa ahora

Lovely food and excellent ambience Highly recommended. Good service. Perhaps could have had bigger range of draught bitters. On A sunny day sit by river.
