Mama's has some tasty pizza! I ordered this for the first time tonight because I wanted to try somewhere new and figured this place has solid reviews. Overall I feel like this is a solid pizza place to go to and I will go back. My main reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the fact that it is doughier than I'd like OR it could have used more time in the oven. The bottom had decent crisp but the pizza had a lot of flop to it. Flavor-wise I really have no complaints but I usually prefer a slightly thinner/crispier pizza.
I placed an order through Grubhub, but the food arrived more than an hour late. It appears that the owner either doesn’t know how to manage Grubhub on his end or is just pretending not to understand the situation. When I asked for a discount or at least a refund for the delay, since I couldn’t just sit around waiting for my pizzas, he told me to either request a refund through Grubhub or keep waiting. While the service was disappointing, the pizza itself was pretty good.
The pizza at Mama Pizzeria tastes really great. The large pie is a fantastic deal and truly delicious. I've visited this place many times. They offer takeout, but there are also tables available for dining in or outside.

Mama's pizza has to be by far one of the best pizzeria around 106 and Amsterdam if you ever want to have a piece of New York come here and enjoy a slice or beef petty you won't regret it I promise
The staff was friendly and helped clean the tables, which I didn’t expect from a casual slice pizza spot. The pizza was fresh and delicious!
I love this pizza restaurant the people that work in here absolutely awesome and the food is delicious
Since 2021, I’ve been dining here since Mama was still around, serving $0.99 slices.
