So my experience started with orange juice. Sounds ordinary but it was anything but! I was pleasantly surprised at the fresh squeezed OJ and Grapefruit juice. Staff were friendly but the food was not good. Everything was really slow, we waited for about 20 minutes to see our server, who was not very responsible, the coffee mug was stained with a sauce, which the server said is from a food that they were carrying. However, they didn't change the coffee ???? Anyway, we had to wait for almost 40 minutes to get the food, and it was not good at all! I would give zero stars if I could. My experience was so bad that I am in fact going to corporate about the food standards and quality of food and staff. My food was undercooked and I mean raw undercooked. Original Pancake House was really good, there was a wait but it wasn't that long. My server was wonderful and greeted me with a smile. The food was really good and everything came out hot. A little disappointed that u didn't get warm syrup with the meal and also there was trash under my table that I wasn't pleased about. The food is always on point! We come here often(2-4 times per month) with friends and family even our 1 year old daughter. They accommodate the ENTIRE family from my daughter saying hello to all the staff to substitutions on some of the meals we order. The Belgian waffles are AMAZING. The blueberry tea is EVERYTHING. Fast and friendly service. Even when they are busy it is worth the wait!
The overall look was not appealing. The bathroom could have been cleaner. It had cobwebs and didn't smell too fresh. The plates looked old. They had chicken on the menu but were out of chicken. My food was room temperature and was cold shortly after receiving my food as if my plate had been sitting for a bit. The server was friendly and attentive.
This is my 4th time coming here and every time the waitress and waiters goes out of there way to make sure you get what you want how you want. Today we had Jhonny and he?s so amazing and went that extra mile to make sure I got what I came for. The chefs did an amazing job cooking my meal. Everything was top notch. Definitely recommend coming here.
This place is a gem. The coffee is freshly brewed and taste perfect. The crepes are my favorite. The steak and hash browns was tasty and probably better than a steak house. I love that their orange juice is fresh. Owner and staff are so kind. You can't go wrong with this place.

Their food is sooooo dang good. Ordered meat lovers omelette and my husband got their skillet. We did pancakes with. SO DELICIOUS! The blueberry syrup wasn’t too sweet (as I was expecting that). I will DEFINITELY be back! ?? furthermore- I recommend to anyone!
Inside of restaurant was dirty; entrance needed floor cleaning and vacuuming. My French toast was tasteless and our potato pancakes tasted strangely sweet. Was not a good experience in terms of food or cleanliness.
