It's extremely rare for me to write a negative review. I realize the challenges that restaurants are dealing with these days. That said. I placed an order online and waited nearly two hours. No delivery. Then I called and the manager informed me that the person who oversees the online orders didn't realize the tablet wasn't turned on. Wait, what? Isn't that a super basic function of being a working restaurant? She realized they had made a big mistake but yet didn't offer to do any kind of discount, refund, or add anything extra to my order to make up for inconvenience of now having to wait about 3 hours to receive my delivery. I love the Pasta House will never order from them online again. I'm incredibly disappointed with the lack of attention to detail, and a failure to do something to help keep a customer's loyalty.

Prices high for the ambience, etc. but they give you large portions...above, the home 1 or 2 more meals from it, so for the price for most meals. Descriptions of food in the menu is bad... my meal had not mentioned like a pesto season and onions and menu. Wife 's entree had mushrooms and menu made no mention of it and then waitress said next time you can ask us to hold the mushrooms. If we had known it had mushrooms! Gluten-free options are estimated. Will probably visit again, but will ask more questions about food before ordering.

my adult children and I went there yesterday before a funeral. for years? ve was in a pasta house and could really wait?t! I was so disappointed with our food. it was really on a sweat and there were many teller remained untouched. pasta con broccoli for 16$ then another 7$ for an salate. it had 1 piece brokkoli and carton tastes better than the cream sauce. Anyway, 115.00 for a dinner nobody cares. we all had to eat after the funeral because we were starving.

First time in 5 years. My family had stopped eating here, because the food quality had fallen noticeably and the portions were smaller. During this visit the food tasted like it should. The shares are even smaller than 5 years ago. But about all this visit, put this location back to our restaurant list.

beautiful Italian restaurant with cheap trips. they bring a basket of bread and butter before their meal is served. the Italian salad is delicious with a tangy vinaigrette taste. I really enjoyed the pasta noodles. great choice for families.
