Honestly terrible staff, asked them to call my friend and I a taxi as we both drank too much, she didn’t have her phone and mine was dead. After asking politely at their closing time to call us a taxi home, one of the bouncers said no and told us to leave and find one ourselves outside…Mind you it’s January, -9° out. So we did leave and ended up getting yelled at by men on the street and actually did not end up finding one. This is just worrisome considering if anything happened they could be held accountable legally.

I am not the type to usually post a review, however my experience here was poor that I feel I have to. Tried walking down a corridor that an employee was blocking, and politely said “excuse me” so I could pass by. He told me he was “chillin” there and that I had to go around the other way. I told him that was unreasonable and that I should be let through. His response was calling security and kicking me out of bar. Very disappointed as I was told the staff were good…

I ve been in both places , whyte Ave and downtown, guys please clean your beer lines …… your beer taste like garbage… whyte Ave the bartender that was working the night I was there , was more focus to put cheap beers for his friends than sell beer to other costumers…. And downtown the waitress was doing a good work; however, was hard to order beers when tasted so bad, and when she didn’t believe in the benefits to use deodorant… like really bad

Super hostile and aggressive bouncer at the door on a Thursday night. Demands ID while looking away from me (I 'm 47) then when I 'm surprised at being IDed for the 1st time in 20 yrs. he says Do you wanna come in or not!? No, I sure don 't and now I 'll stop somewhere else at the end of the work week for a beer and an order of nachos. Did I mention I worked the truck that delivers your food? Do better. The staff and service were absolutely terrible. The server seemed to ignore us as much as possible; however, if you're male, they’ll attend to you right away. The place itself is quite disappointing, especially the restroom. I really should have taken a picture of the women’s bathroom, where the floor was covered in used paper towels because there was no trash bin available.

Place is a dump. Not to mention I've seen them assault customers, a friend of mine had a cockroach in his beer, one year at the superbowl event our server was drunk, not to mention when covid protocols were a thing never got asked for my vaccine passport. The waiters and waitresses drink on the job. This place should have been shut down long ago.

The blonde bartender was very rude and seemed to be overcharging for drinks. Her service was terrible, but the gentleman who was working alongside her was friendly and charged us the correct amount. The venue was quite hot and really needs air conditioning or at least some airflow. It was a bit crowded, but we still had a good time.

i have a herniated disc and it’s the fact i wasn’t able to sit down at a table where no one was sitting even talked to the managers and they couldn’t get me a chair. failed to keep the customer comfortable. no sympathy at all. Reserva una mesa ahora

I went to watch the Canada World Cup football game and the bat was very busy. Ashley was our bartender and she went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. Thank you and we will be back often.

I enjoyed some great pints and good service during my visit. The food was quite nice overall, but I recommend avoiding the steak and pork bites.
