Ordered takeaway Pizza a few times here. The kids/teen-agers that work there when the boss is not there have constantly burnt our pizza orders. Just way too overcooked on our last 3-4 orders. I haven't said anything as I don't want to upset anyone. However, just turn down the heat on the Pizzas guys and girls. Otherwise the food is decent. As before all this their Pizzas were awesome. I had a truly terrible experience with the service! I ordered and paid for a pizza to be delivered, but they sent the wrong one. When I contacted them, they refused to deliver the correct pizza and only offered a free garlic bread as compensation, despite the fact that I had already paid for my order. I strongly advise against ordering from this place. They take your money and show no concern for customer satisfaction. They should be embarrassed for their service and shouldn't be in business! I am genuinely disappointed. I've been dining at this restaurant for years, but in the past two weeks, I've had two awful experiences. Last week, the pizza was overcooked, and the garlic bread was burnt to the point of being inedible. I decided to give it another try this week, but the pizza was undercooked, and parts of the dough were still raw. Meal type: Dinner. Price per person: A$20–40.
Pizza was like cardboard. Ordered a supreme. Couldn’t find the cheese, the crust was terrible. I tried these guys when they first opened and pizza was bad then Thought they may have improved after 3 years. Won’t ever be going there again. A $33 pizza I could have got for $10 from Woolies. I’m sorry to say that we were unfortunately burnt by the reviews on this place. We ordered the supreme and prawn chorizo. Both pizzas were soggy there was more cheese than prawn or chorizo, and the bases tasted store bought and stale. Decent prices but unfortunately we will not be returning. Owners also please note that the shop could do with a good clean Service: Take out
Got a takeaway pizza and didn’t like it at all. The base was very soft and soggy could only eat one piece. But I ordered there bbq wings and they were really good. This review is 4/5 for the wings 2/5 for the pizza
