The Prime Street Grille

Today I ordered takeout from Prime Grill: rock fish bites, crab balls and hush puppies. Usually the food at Prime Grill is superb but today was disappointing. The rock fish bites had absolutely NO seasoning (nothing!!! and the hush puppies were dough-like on the inside. I telephoned the manager, who was very nice, and told her about the hush puppies (I later tasted the rock fish bites . I usually look forward to ordering from Prime Grill's, I'm just hoping that this was an isolated case. Today was disappointing. Update: the PG manager responded to my concern and fixed the issue. I got food for my family yesterday and everything was perfect. I will continue to be a fan.

Food is great. But the customer service is bar none. My wife inadvertently left an expensive personal item behind and we came back the next day to try to find it. The manager, Keith, took time out if his day to help us find it and spent about 30 minutes helping us locate it until we eventually found it. He didn’t have to do this. He could’ve said he was busy or that none one knew where the item was but instead he took the time to help us, with a can do attitude and a smile every step of the way. Good food, incredible customer service.

The Broad menu is back! My husband ordered the steak while I went for the grilled shrimp, and both dishes were absolutely delicious. The restaurant was clean, and they were attentive to masking and sanitation protocols. Definitely make a reservation—it's quite busy and space is limited. The bar area is nice for dining as well, featuring high tables with tablecloths and napkins.

The food is consistently fantastic. I'm a bit unsure why reservations are now required, but I'm glad we made one. The waiter who served us for my birthday was outstanding. He wrote a lovely birthday message on the cake, which was also delicious! However, I wouldn't recommend the Brussels sprouts; the bacon bits just didn't do it for me.
