Great chippy! Always phone through and pay for my order before picking up, then it’s a quick collection from the back door. Knocked one star off as they never put enough salt n vinegar on and the fish sticks to the paper (could do with...it being put in a box). Worth a visit, the curry sauce is also delish

I felt hungry so i went 5 mins down the road to are local chippy i got served straight away the food was still hot when i got home. Ive been at tea time before and sometimes the Que is out the door. The prices...are good and food excellent i will go back .
Not tried it but noticed that the owner has written 6 glowing reviews since 2016 under the pseudonym ‘jonwataboy’ Shame on them, just to bump up the score. Can’t be that great if you feel the need to do this... thought I would just balance...it up a bit!
I've only eaten for the family tonight. was nice. battered was cooked nicely. kris, but not burned. the burger was perfect. the only thing is that the chips were easy soggy. that is the only way to get down and the ground for 4 stars
Qualit fresh fish Haddock, Cod, Plaice fried in thin golden brown batter Portions generous size at excellent price. Well cooked chips nice and firm -NOT Greasy. Staff are pleasant and polite. The shop is always clean and tidy.

I was at all fish and chip shops in quedgeley, but I would recommend the quedgeley frit very we have squid, fish and teig are excellent along with the chips and shattered sausages once what is for tee tonight!
the dough on the fish was soggy and really ruined the meal. the actual fish was tasty, just ruined by soggy batter
