The Ragged Canteen

On Wednesday I visited the Ragged Canteen in Vauxhall. I had asked them a week before whether to eat for my type of vegan, without refined or added oils or fats (by Drs Greger, Esselstyn, Campbell, and McDougal) and no additional salt. I sent them some recipe links. When I arrived, they had prepared about 4 alternative meals that meet my nutritional requirements. I haven't been in a restaurant for many years because the problem, my type of vegan meals cooked to a high standard. I'm fed with charitable functions that give me a paprika that is badly prepared, dried, rice and some boiled carrots that are scattered around the plate. I'm regular at this place and never had a bad meal. The menu changes daily and the staff is always great. Every day there are some good vegan options and everything is healthy. Burritos, soups, salads and stews all tasty and fill. They also have vegan cakes for most days! A great place for lunch when you are nearby, I definitely recommend!

It's ok if you're in the area but I wouldn't travel to this place. They have a fee different vegan options. Service wasn't great, I had to wait for my food for nearly 40 mins.

the place has a pleasant atmosphere and the recipe is warm. vegan options can be found and some mainly vegeterian dishes have a vegan option. unpredictable. I recommend it.

Beautiful veggie cafe with a large ethos cooking food with seasonal and local products. Turn, good value menu, nothing blurred, but a highlight in this area.
