The Red Herring Pub

I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. Despite it being a busy long weekend, we were seated promptly and the service was quick. The food was amazing, especially the mussels, lobster roll, and fish and chips. Our waiter, Shawn, was very entertaining and made sure our glasses were always filled. I highly recommend trying this restaurant when you're in St. Andrew's by the sea. #yougottaeathere.

My wife and I had breakfast at this restaurant yesterday for the first time and we will definitely be returning. The waitress was friendly and laid-back. My wife loved the 'Breakfast Poutine' and I thoroughly enjoyed my steak and eggs. The prices were very reasonable. If you haven't been yet, I highly recommend trying out The Red Herring Pub.

Great food, great staff, and a great atmosphere; what else could you ask for? Update: Our band had a chance to play the Red Herring again recently, and it was the same outstanding experience. Staff are superb, patrons are super friendly, and the food is outstanding. Looking forward to the next visit!

What's not to love? Good beer and drinks, friendly staff. Quality all around! Food is fantastic and there is great live music. This place supports local talent and cares about the details. It's a must if you are in St.Andrews!

This is our favorite spot in St. Andrews...!! The ceasars are delicous, as is their Shiraz, the food, atmosphere, service and live music...!! Like I said, our favorite place to wind down and relax...!!

A beautiful pub in a great setting. The menu had a good variety as did the beer selection. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Definitely a great find. I'll be back!

Best Pub in St. Andrews hands down... and they have an amazing Gluten Free menu as well. This is a spot you don't want to pass up on if you're in the area.
