We visited here on Sunday 1st October around 2 pm.We were a table of 6,3 adults and 3 young children.The pub part was actually quiet where we were sat,we were the only people in there.The restaurant part had a few people in. We ordered a Baconeater burger,2 roast dinners and 2 childrens meals.The food took a long time to arrive.When it did,it was all Luke warm.The burger meal was a substandard portion.The parsnips we’re black on the roast dinners.The portion of onion rings was tiny,especially for nearly £5 a portion,you’d expect homemade ones.We were going to take a party of 15 there at the weekend but we’ve now changed venue’s.The food is expensive also. It’s a shame,as it used to be ok.
my wife and I were for a red lion for a meal now maybe 6 times, so I thought it was fair that I checked it. I guess some would say if we were six times, the review is enough! there is something for everyone at the red lion, there is a large playground outside for young children and many tables to sit down and keep them in the eye. in the inner is a large restaurant to the left, a smaller it area mainly for the bar snack side of the dinge on the right and further through on the right side of the main area, again with plenty of sitting opportunity for eating when they so desire. there is an extensive menu of reef style that has improved considerably in my mind...read more

We had a late lunch at this restaurant and enjoyed the delicious fish and chips and chicken skewer. However, the gammon was a little tough and the fried egg was overdone. The waitress was friendly, but she made a mistake with our order - we received chicken instead of the fish bites we had ordered. Unfortunately, this meant that my grandson went hungry. We ended up paying £6.99 for some fries and fruit salad, and a staggering £3.80 for a glass of coke.

I am giving this restaurant a 5-star rating based solely on its value for money. They have a great selection, friendly and accommodating staff, and a clean environment. The food is fresh and served promptly. The quality of the sausages has improved recently. I would highly recommend this place for single parents or families. The price is around £10 for an adult, with up to 2 kids eating for free per paying adult.
Have visited many Beefeaters before and we were looking for somewhere to eat in an unfamiliar place....searched for a Beefeater and found one just 25 minutes drive from where we were. Thankfully no reservation needed. Nice and clean restaurant...food was great as always....Charlott was very friendly, efficient...even though she seemed rushed off her feet until 'staff ' arrived. Would definitely recommend ×
on saturday night we called at our favourite blackpool restaurant we were served by lovely sophie who is always very nice and very efficient has was the other members of staff who helped to served us the mix grills were awesome and the restaurant is very nice always advise to book before arriving has it does get busy at night and we will be back very soon we just can not recommend this restaurant enough
We visited the restaurant because we had a 40% discount on main courses. The food was excellent. I ordered the Salmon with rice, which was very tasty. The sauce that came with it was very spicy but I still enjoyed it. My husband had the ribs, which are his favorite, and he also found them very delicious. The service provided by Paul was excellent. We will definitely return to this restaurant again.

Quick and friendly service. Ava was a pleasant and helpful waitresses. Food was excellent. We will revisit soon.
