The Riverside Wine

We had one of the best restaurant experiences here. The food was fantastic, with a wide range of seafood options and a great kids menu. The staff were friendly, the location by the river was wonderful, and the atmosphere and design of the restaurant were very pleasing. My wife and kids thought it was the best looking restaurant due to the decor. There were four or five options on the kids menu, and the portion sizes were good with amazing quality and taste. The price per person was between £10–20.

I enjoyed my visit to this restaurant. The staff were friendly, the dining room and outside tables were nice. However, I was disappointed with my Thai curried halibut as it lacked flavor. The halibut itself was good, but the curry did not taste like a Thai green curry as advertised. It seemed more like a bisque with added chili. My wife, on the other hand, enjoyed her sea bass which was very tasty. Hopefully, my experience was just a one-time issue. The price per person was £30-40.

Wonderful staff having taken someone there in a powerchair, staff carried drinks to table and also found a lovely table on the flat. This restaurant is a hidden gem that everyone should visit. The food is exceptional and the service is top-notch. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it the perfect place for a special meal. Fab food, excellent service and perfect location the only thing that let the whole experience down was the table celebrating a 40th birthday who were quite loud. Despite this we will definitely go back.
