Went today to there Christmas launch. Ordered a brie and cranberry toastie and a cup of tea, after half an hour a senior guy came to tell me no brown bread, a series of cheifs had not got things right! Ok, I will have white.... After another 20 mins a lady very panicked came to tell me no brie!!!! I agreed to having a coronation chicken sandwich as running out of time. After flagging to the guy. Then eventually arrived over an hour later. Three pieces of chicken in the whole sandwich! Goodness, there were from what I could see 9 members of staff on duty but all chasing their tails. I have run lunch time service for 300 covers with 8 members of staff for an hour! These guys need to sort their...

Emma stands out as the standout employee at this cafe. It's rare to receive such friendly service from servers nowadays, and she was delightful. The service at the counter was also efficient and fast. Our toasties were visually appealing, served with a side salad, pretty coleslaw, and crisps. Our only complaint was that they were slightly soggy due to being under-toasted. However, we still enjoyed our visit to the well-decorated and lively cafe. Service: Dine in.

beautiful garden center and caffe. the employees are beautiful and ready to help with everything they need. has a lot to offer. large layout of the filial and outer areas make it easy to access and easily find what they are looking for. cafe is beautiful and open. sometimes a. it's hard to hear the personal, as it can sometimes be quite loud there, but the service is great. a little wait for drinks and so, but they always come with a smile.

I come to this restaurant frequently with my mother for special occasions like birthdays, Mother's Day, afternoon tea, and Christmas. The food is outstanding, fresh, high quality, with very efficient service. It offers great value and has a lovely atmosphere, especially during Christmas with beautiful decorations in the cafe.
