Just had a perfect Sunday lunch, my roast beef was possibly the best I've ever tasted, others in our party highly praised the lamb. Puddings were great too especially the sticky toffee pudding, plum and apple crumble and panacotta with roasted peaches and pistachio.The view from the upstairs balcony on the water's edge is fantastic and the bill very reasonable . Can't wait to come back.

very impressed! excellent food and service. perfect view of the estuary and about instow. a great place, and so glad that the old pub was confiscated with such a positive vision for the future. definitiw an additional attraction for the opposite many thanks!

beautiful, fresh place with magnificent view over direction instow. roast beef meal on Sunday was the best thing I had in the old. would recommend to the owners every success and wish that is much deserved.

Probably the best meal I’ve had and the scenery, as I would expect for North Devon, breathtaking. Staff couldn’t be more obliging.
