Hotel is absolutely centrally located in Annaberg, parking lots were enough when we were there. Strassenlärm doesn't give it to Annaberg, as from 6 p.m. the pavements are folded up! Rooms rustic but clean, large warm. cozy. Maybe the TV could be 'something' bigger... staff consistently friendly helpful. Breakfast top, good selection that also offers daily variety. All in all, a very good, cozy hotel! Stars are available for the offer that offers a hotel (bicycle, reception staffed 24 hours etc. not for how Schickimicki it is...
Typical ore mountains. Traditional restaurant with typical dishes that were very delicious. Especially the nin bar. Let yourself be surprised. Operation very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is cozy right at the market place. At Christmas time Top. First visit to the beautiful Christmas market in Annaberg Buchholz and then directly to the restaurant. Also try the typical herbal brandy.
Wanted to eat in the potato cellar on Sunday. The restaurant was only moderately occupied. We were 7 people. There was no possibility to put a chair on a 6 table or a chair. 2 free tables. We wanted to take a seat on two tables. Then the staff announced that everything would be reserved. Very inflexible and little hospitable. Too bad.
