The fusion cocktails were a delightful surprise, and the small plates offered a wonderful variety of delicious flavors. Our waitress, Ashley, was enthusiastic and provided excellent service. We sat on the second level next to a window that overlooked the stones between the buildings, and for a moment, I felt like I was on a European holiday! I've never come across a commercial for this restaurant, but it's truly a hidden gem!

Incredibly impressed by this place. The food was amazing, and there are lots of unique menu items. I definitely want to go back to try more of them. : Same goes for their cocktails as well. They have lots of infused liquors, as well as drinks that use them. Highly recommend this place.

Great food. Excellent Service. As we were leaving, the chef/owner greeted us and asked us about our meal and experience. Extremely nice touch. He spoke about the various dishes we had for dinner in detail, especially his inspiration for them.
The ambiance was warm and inviting. The waiters were amazing and tentive. Food was 10 all the way.
We adore Rumor Mill! The food is consistently amazing, and the service is great every time.
The food is fantastic, although it is somewhat expensive, even for Ellicott City.
