I'm really hoping this was just a one off incident but I'm not sure how anyone could overlook this mold when they were putting this together. I've been to plenty of Portillo's locations in the area and generally have good experiences at all of them. This is more of a warning to people who use third party services. I used GrubHub credit that I had to do a pick up order. When I got home and discovered mold on my sandwich, I went onto Portillo's customer service but because I had used GrubHub, they said there was nothing they could do and to just contact GrubHub.
