Was treated to celebrate my birthday the food was really good! We had the Thai beef lettuce wraps, Butternut Squash Ravioli and Louisiana Egg rolls for appetizers and they were awesome. Full of flavor, the lettuce wraps had a gentle kick and were so savory! The egg rolls were a little soggy on the bottom but very tasty. And the Ravioli was amazing its definitely different texture wise but the sauce and pecans blend well with the squash. My wife and I tried the Salt Factory Pub. After visiting friends in the area. We shared the pulled pork tacos (as an appetizer) and the Nashville Hot Crispy Chicken Sandwich (main course). We each had a Sangria Rajó to drink. First, the service was excellent. Brendon provided great menu input and attention to detail. The care and detail provided included him and the chef splitting our sandwich and fries between two plates for us (before serving the meals/plates at the table). This is our fave restaurant in Georgia, and we like to dine out. Their appetizers (tostada need improvement: used to be a full tostada shell, nowadays we only get half-open face style), main course (especially the shepherds pie, trouts, steak and mussels) and blueberry bread pudding garnished with vanilla ice cream is the best we had. Their weekly specials is a must try. We had at least one dish from their weekly specials and they met our expectations and all of them were delicious. Service is excellent, especially at Roswell location. The manager pays attention to their customer needs and accommodates to make us happy and belly full.

Our waiter, who I believe was named Tara, was exceptional and provided excellent service! I ordered the white pizza with shrimp, and it was delicious; it was my first time trying that combination, and I would definitely order it again. The atmosphere in the restaurant was quite relaxed and laid-back. However, the fries were a bit questionable, and the food took quite a while to arrive, especially considering the restaurant wasn't very busy. Everything we had appeared to be a bit overcooked. I ordered the fish and chips; the fish was definitely overcooked but still not bad. The fries were great, and the jalapeño coleslaw was just average. On the bright side, I found the prices to be reasonable. My wife enjoyed her trout, and we both liked the egg rolls, although they too seemed slightly overcooked. I sampled a few other appetizers, which were decent. While I’m glad I visited, I don’t think this will become a regular dining spot for me.

I've been trying every restaurant on Canton Street and this one is a staple. Brendan is fantastic, from the service to the conversation. I really enjoyed having him as my server, and would highly recommend that you ask for him when you dine here. I would recommend the egg rolls, the shrimp and grits but the main star of the menu is their Chicken Fried Chicken. It's amazing every single time I order it. Miso broth on the Miso Salmon is a bit sweet, and bit thick for a miso.

I've been exploring all the restaurants on Canton Street, and this one has become a favorite of mine. Justin and Kyle are excellent hosts, and the food is consistently delicious. I highly recommend trying the egg rolls and the shrimp and grits, but the true standout on the menu is their Chicken Fried Chicken—it's incredible every time I order it. However, I found the miso broth served with the Miso Salmon to be a bit sweet and thicker than what I'd expect from a miso.

Tiffany was great- best cosmo and great service. Salt always provides the best meal- get the mussels!
