"My wife and I stayed for the night just for fun. We stayed in one of the villas with the jetted tub. We started out with a massage in the spa which was fantastic. From the front desk to the bell hop everything was great."

I was here for only a week and I had a good experience. The only parts I used in the resort were the Pool 9/10 and Tennis court 10/10. The pool was wonderful, only thing was that I would continuously see bugs/bees in the pool water so I was always precautious on getting my hair wet because I did not want bugs in my hair.... Service here with my experience 10/10, everyone is SO nice! Brian/Bryan helped us check in and he was extremely kind and attentive to any questions. Erffin (apologies if I spelled it wrong) as well was attentive, excellent service, helped with our luggages. Melinda as well was a very sweet young lady who helped us with any questions we had about the Tennis court prior to reserving and got our equipment from her.The only thing about the rooms that I wanted to make a comment on is the Shower Heads which is why I gave it a 3/5... I'm not sure how often Shower heads are changed here/ or deeply cleaned. People don't tend to realize how much bacteria/fungus grows on shower heads that we allow that water to touch our bodies, hair, and face! My husband and I tried wiping it down with a warm towel assuming it probably is just something that is on the surface. But the bacteria/fungus came back so we just knew for sure it's something embedded in the shower head holes itself and it just grew outward. Scottsdale Plaza, please deeply clean/ change your shower heads if bacteria/fungus become highly noticeable.

Quite honestly disappointed. Rude front desk clerks with no empathy or service. We were treated extremely poorly.Old resort that needs a complete makeover!Bathroom shower drain was clogged, we complained 3 times and was never resolved. Over priced. The Market store sells 24 oz Beers for $12 each! (Easily just $3 at the local 7 eleven). The pool area is loud until 12 pm-1 am in the morning. Always had to call and request clean up of my room and towels (this should be a given without asking). None of the housekeeping staff speaks English. Quite loud at night from local traffic on Scottsdale road. Super expensive room service. In other words....bad.

I love this resort the rooms are beautiful. The resort is beautiful. It is really nice to have a little convenience store on property. The staff is very friendly and willing to help in any way possible. My only complaint is that the menus are limited in the dining rooms, and I felt that the on deck bar closed early, but August is considered off-season, so maybe that had something to do with it. I have been looking for a go-to in the Scottsdale area and may have just found it.

This is my first time in Scottsdale and at the Plaza Resort. I was here for a work conference. The hotel had great accommodationsn large rooms, good layout, everything was clean and worked well. The catering provided was incredible by far some of the best hotel food I've had in a long time. Can't wait to come back
