The Seafarer - Reserva de mesa

Well we have tried seafarer for the very last time we have had fish and chips from there when we have been in Folkestone as they were recommended about three years ago and back then they were good but the last couple of times we have been very disappointed with certainly the quality of the chips they are very thin and too crispy to eat most of them and the fish was on the dry side so can’t afford to throw any more money there way which is a shame

We ordered fish and chips for 2 on Sat 8th July at 6.00. They were awful dried up overcooked fish and soggy chips!!! I don 't understand what has gone wrong with this business this use to be the best fish and chips in town. I feel annoyed to have wasted my money although we have been offered a free meal. Not really the point we would have liked it cooked well in the first place. Will look for another chip shop

Ordered fish n chips around 6pm on a Saturday night expecting it to be hot and nice and fresh. The fish was dry and so were the chips. Clearly been sitting there for a while. Really disappointing as always used to be the best round and the prices have gone up a lot but that is the same everywhere!

Waited age's for food Uber drivers got priority and there local mates. Food was good apart from the spring roll which was a Iceland special very bad avoid going to think about going elsewhere in future as normally good but this experience is substandard Reserva una mesa ahora

Have been going here for fish and chips for years and have never had a bad meal. Good size portion and always fresh and hot. Staff are friendly given the fact that they are often over run with customers at busy times. Would definitely recommend.

We have few take aways but always know we can rely on The Seafarer for great fish and chips. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food is always freshly cooked, a decent sized portion and good value.

Excellent service and food. Large cod and chips very large portion for under a tenner. We'll organised Would use again and very convenient for Holiday Inn Express nearby.

Best fish and chip shop around Folkestone.. always freshly cooked and taste amazing.. Service is always prompt.. My favourite is their Scampi Reserva una mesa ahora

The best in Folkestone and Kent Been going to Seafarer over 4 years... Best Cheff anywhere And very clean..
