Last week, my family and I went out for a meal. For a starter, I ordered the garlic and chili chicken wings, which were spot on! I also chose the salmon nicoise salad, and it was absolutely delicious—I would definitely order it again. All the desserts were tempting, but the pear drops ice cream is a must-try! The staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I enjoyed my visit so much that I ended up booking a table for my final meal!
Our food was lovely especially the chips which were chunky and soft. We had a dog with us and she was made very welcome, we even ordered a dish of chipolatas for her which went down a treat. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the walk along the canal afterwards was great to work off our lovely meal. We will definitely go again.
We recently visited this stunning pub for our afternoon tea, and it was fantastic! Everything was freshly cooked and absolutely delicious. What a fabulous day we had last Sunday it was superb thank you so much it was tranquil on the canal the bouncy castle was fantastic for children a pirate ship. we heard that the ship inn was worth a visit under new management. we went tonight and were really impressed. home cooked eating, good quality, cooked for perfection and a beautiful atmosphere. can not wait to go back
