The ambiance is very elevated. As soon as you step in you hear the chatter and live piano, it is also VERY VERY dark. Which I am sure gives the feel that this place is very elegant, but I feel that a bit more brightness would help as it kind of feels like I'm eating during a blackout or something. The view is nice though. The service is very good, as I am often a very indecisive person, it takes me a while to pick what dish I would like so the server was able to answer all of my questions. The service here is outstanding. Each table is attended by a main server and an assistant, with different staff members bringing out each course. The bar has a great selection of drinks and wine. The menu is divided into appetizers, main entrees, and sides. It’s a bigger version of Little Joe's Steakhouse, so you might recognize some of the dishes. Via a surprise birthday dinner from my beautiful girlfriend my visit here was a very memorable one at that! I was immediately impressed by the ambiance of the live piano and BEAUTIFUL livery of the restaurant. Everything was neat , tidy and very well maintained. We were greeted warmly and promptly and seated very quickly as well. ALL of the waiter have my gratitude but to Chris and Jeremiah please give them my sincere thanks as they made this experience a dream come true! Thank you, Leo for making our first visit exceptional. Came here to celebrate late Mother's Day Anniversary. We were 30min early to our reservations, wanted to leave Ewa extra early in case of traffic due to the heavy rains all day. They gladly got our table ready quite quickly, wouldn't even be able to say there was a wait. Food was good! I got the Wagyu filet mignon Hubby got the bone in Ribeye. Along with a few sides. When it came to dessert, the Poi Cheesecake and Crème Brûlée were simply exquisite. Each dessert struck a perfect balance of texture and flavor, providing a lovely conclusion to the meal. One thing to keep in mind for future visitors: the dress code leans towards the more upscale side. The crowd was elegantly dressed, and I felt a bit underdressed myself. My experience at the signature was absolutely delightful. The view we had, at our table, was gorgeous as the restaurant is on the 36th floor. Our waiter was exquisite, so friendly and super knowledgeable of the menu as well as offered many great selections. The food was prepared to perfection. I ordered the steak and lobster to share with my wife. We ordered the steak medium and it was so tender and juicy and the lobster was *chefs kiss*. The dessert was mouth watering! Overall we both enjoyed the food and our visit and we'd come back again!

Located on the 36th floor of the Ala Moana Hotel, this steak house amazing views of the ocean and marina below. Their happy hour starts at 4:30 and is great but make sure to get there at least 30 min before they open or you may miss out on a happy hour steak. The service was exceptional, from the welcoming host to the attentive dinner staff. The views are stunning, and the dining decor is both elegant and comfortable. The menu prices are quite reasonable. The bone-in ribeye was cooked to perfection and presented in a classic steakhouse style. We also thoroughly enjoyed the crab cake and truffle mac and cheese. Overall, it was an outstanding dining experience.

Greater ambiance on a 37th floor. Views of the east side and ocean view. Server Yuki was a great one! Guided us through the whole experience. It's an elevated steakhouse so everything takes its time to to get to you but everything was cook to perfection! Will come back
