The food at this restaurant was amazing! The crab cakes were a delicious starter and the salmon was incredibly tender. They were very accommodating with our side dish requests. The daily soup and beef tenderloin were both tender and flavorful. The Springs Caesar was a great cocktail to start with, and the wine selection was top-notch. We finished off our meal with a delicious turtle cheesecake and Baileys coffee. The service was attentive but not overbearing, and the staff was polite and considerate. We went to this restaurant for a small event and were seated in a private area downstairs. The staff warmly welcomed us and took care of us throughout the evening. I ordered a Caesar salad, pasta, and lemon crumble. The Caesar salad was good but nothing extraordinary - I wished it had a bit more dressing. The pasta dish was prepared spicy as I had requested and it was delicious, with a generous amount of shrimp. The lemon crumble was light and refreshing. Others in our group mentioned that the risotto was also very good. Overall, we thought the restaurant did a great job for a group meal. The restaurant is in a nice location with friendly and attentive staff. While the prices are on the higher side, the quality of the food is excellent. The menu, although limited, offers a variety of options. The only downside is that I wish the portions were a bit larger.
