the Sprout and the Bean

UNEXPECTED FIND. Hadn't planned on lunch here but the service was very friendly, the music very much to our liking and the coffee delicious. My spiced pumpkin and coconut soup with sourdough toast was yummy but had to give hubby some as his toasty was tasty but meagre. He loves the flavour of cummin and not too much chilli so he enjoyed it as much as I did. We liked the ambience of this unassuming place and will go back.

vegetarian eating doesn't have to be boring. here you will find fresh, healthy and delicious foods. I come regularly and they change menus from time to time. try it.

I had never heard of this place, but was pleasantly surprised. great coffee and fresh, healthy eating. the yoga pot was incredible!
