The Standard - Reserva de mesa

My partner came here twice during our stay in Hobart after reading great reviews. The first time we came was during the week where they were doing takeaways only, which wasn't what we planned on doing originally, but they were delicious anyway! The burgers were tasty and the the chips were amazing! We then went back on a Saturday night when they were doing dine-in, and the burgers were amazing yet again, and service was great. The place has a really cool atmosphere too. If you like burgers then you'll love this place!

Visited while staying in Hobart after researching where to find a good burger and I was not disappointed. Seriously I think this was possibly the best burger I've ever had. Bun was nice and soft, and the patty was cooked perfectly and with the melted cheese.. YUM! Not to mention the fries, I don't know how they do it but everything was excellent! Dining space is pretty cool, with a main dining room on the first floor, and a balcony on the top floor.

This is the top burger spot in the country. I first found it years ago when my boat docked in Hobart and it was just a tiny place tucked away in an alley. Now it's a big store with beautiful decorations. I flew from Canberra with my wife just to show her how amazing it is, and we ended up eating there every day of our vacation. 5 stars are not sufficient, and I wish there was a branch in Canberra.

Best burgers in Hobart. Period. My favorite is the Los Pollos Hermanos (and I don't really like chicken at the best of times so for my favorite menu item to be a chicken burger it means it's pretty f*cking excellent service is always friendly too : Reserva una mesa ahora

I loved it chicken was great nice and juicy and not oily. The only thing i didnt go much on was the shoestring fries, they were nice enough im just personally not a huge fan of shoestring fries.

The best burger and fries I have ever tasted!!! The Animal Fries and The Heisenburger are a must-try!!!! The stains on your shirt from the meal are totally worth it!

I went to the standard today and ordered a double Reverse Cowgirl, it was one of the best burgers I've ever eaten. Would recommend highly
