Back for the first time this summer and feeling like we came on an off day. Maybe someone new in the kitchen because the food wasn 't up to their usual standards which are high. I ordered the clan cakes and chowder. Chowder was delicious, but clam cakes were undercooked lacking that crunchy exterior you can typically rely on here. They were greasy as if the oil wasn 't up to proper temp. Hubby ordered the chili cheese dog and an orange freeze. Tried this place for the first time a couple of weeks ago. We tried the clam cakes and chowder. The chowder was good but not hot enough. The clam cakes were good but could have used a few more clams. It's a nice little food place with inside and outside seating. Great for a quick bite! The service was fast even though they were very busy. We'll be going back again!
Clam cakes are good, my cheeseburger club was not, clam chowder seems like it is kept in a boiling pot all day but is also good when able to be swallowed, and only a small selection of Coke products. Owner replied with a “huh”… real professional you clown. If you can’t understand, simple English, you certainly should not be running that business.
Very important. If you are a seafood connoisseur, it's important to note that the clam cakes and lobster cakes are not cakes at all, but rather fitters. Some call them hush puppies. Yummy, yes. But a completely different size, shape consistency and taste. That said, the rest of the food was amazing. The staff was too notch. I will be returning!

Good food at a reasonable price with a good deal of outdoor seating. It's not fancy fair but it sure is nice to sit outside and relax with some good food that doesn't break the bank.
good food wish the plates were bigger but it's really good and amazing service. atmosphere always great. the last of the old school drive in restaurants you'll see.
Been here many times and it never fails to satisfy everyone in our group. I enjoy going there when they have the music makes me appreciate these Summer Nights
The food was good and the ice cream is reasonably priced versus other place I've been for ice cream.

Great food pit stop or destination for anytime, some nice old cars and motorcycles come too!
