The Steamer Welwyn

The food was cold, and the delivery person didn't have any change, even though I mentioned that I had paid with cash for my order of £13.55, which I didn’t have in exact bills. After waiting for 10 minutes in the cold, he tried to find some coins in his car, but I couldn’t afford to pay an additional amount for such a small order. I then called the restaurant to explain the situation, and I was informed that they would send the same delivery person back with some change, making him come all the way back to my house. When he arrived again, he still didn’t have enough change. I had no choice but to accept this, but I’m really not happy about paying extra and having to deal with back-and-forth...
