I visited this restaurant for my sister's birthday, a place my partner and I usually enjoy for breakfast. While my partner was chatting with the waitress, I was discussing my mother's order, and it seemed the waitress ignored my partner to confront me in a very rude manner, asking loudly if we were going to order or not. I've never had a negative experience here before, but today the waitress, who had tattoos on her fingers and arms, was extremely disrespectful. I LOVE SOUP!This little gem on Laval St. is worth venturing off the beaten path a bit.Homemade soups, sandwiches, wraps and quesadillas etc. Eat in or to go. It's a must go for anyone craving Mommas home cooking.Hearty soups can be bought frozen and ready for the weeks lunches. Just inquire at the front.Omg the SOUP IS LITERALLY TO DIE FOR HERE.And breakfast served hot too until noon!!!?Note: They close at 3pm and are closed on Sundays.

Rave to the Stock Pot Cafe in Kamloops.Now a days I find that the cost of eating out doesn't justify either the food you get or the service you receive.Never ever does this place fail in either.My favorite is the corned beef hash with side of hollandaise.They also have the best coffee in town!

I tried the lunch special, and it was fantastic! The portion sizes are generous, and the prices are very reasonable. However, the location is a bit secluded, and the service was just average.

The service is outstanding; the staff gives you plenty of time to choose your meal without any pressure. The waitresses are cheerful, and the food arrives promptly.
