Just a heads up: if you are a strict lacto ovo-veg non meat eater or keep halal, just know that a staff member confirmed to me that they use the same grill for all items! So the eggs, hash browns, veggie items etc are all cooked on the same grill as the bacon, ham, sausage etc. A little disappointing, but the staff and service compensate somewhat by being excellent and accommodating. Waited somewhat long for our food although it was a busy time on a Sunday morning afternoon. Overall, food was very good and fresh and we enjoyed our visit. Would be ideal for them to get a separate grill for their veg non meat items in the future if possible!Edit: definitely understand the space issue, which is...

Friendly and fast counter service breakfast in a corner unit of a small strip mall with 3 sisters views from the patio. Came specifically for the huevos rancheros (2x! and they did not disappoint! Coffee (americano, ask for two shots — otherwise watery was excellent too. Can’t wait to come back next time I’m in Canmore and try some other dishes. The scones were also good and creative (almond blueberry one day and coconut blueberry the other . Other baked things looked yum but didn’t try them. It’s packed in the AM but everything moves quickly.*Edited to add: their home fries are to die for!

Stopped here to fuel up for a long drive back to Edmonton after a few days in Canmore this place was recommended by our Airbnb host and for good reason! The Summit Cafe is a cosy and buzzing little place with a happy atmosphere, visited by everyone from families with small kids to older folk. The food is fresh and delicious and the portions are large yet still moreish my sister had the enormous breakfast burrito and I couldn't resist eating the few hash browns she couldn't quite finish ?

Very cute place, small amount of seating inside, lots of seating outside with beautiful views. You grab a menu, sit down, look it over, go up and order it, and they bring it to you. The food here is BEYOND EXCELLENT.. seriously.. you have to go. I got the iced latte with caramel, Huervos Rancheros. My boyfriend ordered a omelet and my son ordered grilled cheese. Really tastey and well portioned breakfast/lunch food. Mexican Fusion. Really loved the breakfast burrito and the rancheros! Lovely patio with an amazing view of the three sisters.

It is a very nice coffee shop. The food was nice and the place is cute. The only downside is that it is small and it would be hard to have the morning coffee in the outside tables.

Stellar options for brunch, with several delicious dishes. Good coffee, and a real happening spot. Easy access to the TCH and Bow Valley Pkwy. Staff were friendly and responsive.

The food was phenomenal. I wish this place was closer to my house because I'd eat breakfast here every day. I got the breakfast croissant and hashbrowns
