I am disgusted by the way this pub has treated us and let us down at last minute for our wedding day. We booked with them about 2 years ago asking if they would provide the bar for our wedding which they agreed to. We then met with the manager last year and discussed and finalised our booking for our WEDDING. We had mentioned it was going to be the Jubilee weekend so we wernt let down at last minute and gave plenty of notice. They said they would fulfil our request and they could offer us the bar for our special day. Now with 6 weeks to go we have been let down at last minute after we messaged to ask about final payment. We booked The Swan for our wedding after having several fantastic meals here over recent years. Laura and Lawrence went above and beyond setting up a kitchen in our field while managing to serve a three course dinner, including drop service and catering for the entire gamut of dietary requirements. We had compliment after compliment from our guests about how good timings were, how good the food was, how they felt their needs had been catered for and how friendly helpful the bar staff were. When my partner asked for his favourite drink to be served (Neck Oil) they even ordered some in to the pub to try it. I stumbled upon this charming pub after making a mistake with my directions - the best mistake I've ever made! Their pizza night on Thursdays is a must-try, with freshly prepared pizzas cooked in a wood-fired oven. Although we don't typically eat pizza, we couldn't resist trying The Swan's delicious pies. The Eaton mess dessert was also absolutely divine. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and all the dishes coming out of the kitchen looked amazing. We can't wait to come back and try more of their menu, especially in the colder months. Our only request is to please bring back the onion rings!

Hick club. I moved to Lawshall, some of the neighbours thought they owned the street. I had a chat about this in the swan. My next meal was a pizza with a hole in the middle, hardly any toppings cooked to a brick. The maitra d at the time was embarrassed to serve it. Never been back since. Filth treatment of a local paying customer. Shame, the rest of the village has been so welcoming, there's alway's a few. Reserva una mesa ahora

Thank you to Laura and all her staff at The Swan for providing great food and service after my Grandsons Louis and Jude 's Christening today 03.07.22. The Swan is a lovely venue for an event especially with children. Laura was very accommodating as I ' 'm Celiac and my Grandchildren are Dairy Free and they were able to cater well for our dietary needs. I would thoroughly recommend The Swan.

We went to a meal to celebrate my mother's birthday, the food was delicious and very valuable, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We will definitely visit again.
