I recently visited Taco Factory with high hopes of enjoying a delicious meal, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by a highly unpleasant incident. As I began indulging in my meal, I discovered a hair lurking within my food. Naturally, this was a disconcerting and off-putting discovery that immediately diminished my appetite.What disappointed me even more was the restaurant's dismissive and unhelpful response to my concern. I called them to say that I wanted to order through skip the dishes and asked if they can make veggie burritos since I didn’t see that option on the all. They said to write vegan in the special instructions so I did that and ordered 7 burritos total, 2 of them vegan, through skip the dishes. They wrote veggie on the 2 bags, but when we bit into them there was pork inside. So they made 2 vegans eat meat. I called them and asked them to send 2 VEGGIE burritos and they said they don’t deliver so I said I’ll drive to you, start preparing 2 veggie burritos. I ordered the tacos and was surprised to find cilantro and onion on them. As someone who has the gene that makes cilantro taste like soap, I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't overwhelming. I would recommend this dish to others like me who prefer their tacos without cilantro. Overall, it was a good experience. The fries were particularly delicious – I could eat them every day. I would rate the food 4 out of 5.

Came for a weekday dinner and the restaurant was nearly empty. Service was great but I wasn't super impressed by the food. I had the Tacos and there was nothing particularly notable about them and I found them to be kind of dry. Everything is also on the pricier side. Note that they do close quite early and the kitchen closes half an hour before that. I won't be going out of my way to come here again.

Came by for supper while on vacation and was very impressed. The restaurant wasn't too busy but wasn't empty, and the atmosphere was very friendly. Julio was an amazing server, very welcoming and friendly. Food came very quick, and was amazing. The guacamole and chips were absolutely delicious. Would definitely come back!!Food: 5/5

Adorable taco restaurant in New Westminster. I ordered the veggie tacos and they were delicious! The portions are on the smaller side, and they don't offer complimentary chips and salsa. Overall, it would be a great spot for a date night or dining with a group. I would definitely come back here. Food rating: 4 out of 5.

This is one of my top taco spots! The food and atmosphere are fantastic. I always have a wonderful time here. The Birria Tacos are absolutely amazing, and their spicy hot sauce is incredibly delicious. The food is great, the prices are reasonable, and the vibes are good!

Just tried the location in Langley and it was not great. The queasdia was stuck together and the sour cream was super runny and it was very plain. The fish tacco was not anything great as well...maybe would have been better eating in....
