The Thatched Inn - Reservar una mesa

I visited the thatched inn on Saturday 23rd april 2022 in the evening, a weekend during the Easter school holidays. we were just on the road on the southdown way camping caravan park. I was with three others. that was my first visit. I used google maps to find the restaurant that was easy and led me directly to the right place. I parked in the pub parking was easy. the restaurant consists of a large main dining area with many tables with full table service. the team was very friendly and welcoming and I had no problems, we got everything we expected in good time and enjoyed the experience. husband and I came today to lunch on June 24 when they visited hatsocks; looking for a place to eat we settled in thatched inn and we are glad that we did. the staff gave us a warm welcome, the pub is dog friendly, but as there is a beautiful day we sat in the garden. the food was freshly cooked, portions were generous and everything was well presented. one of the most beautiful pub meals we had in one and we will return definitiv when we visit again.

We had a delicious roast lunch. I had a melt in the mouth Roast beef and the others had Roast Turkey. Plenty of food nice and hot. Desserts devoured. Staff very polite and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Very happy customers. Will definitely visit again soon.

Such a lovely pub outside and in. Food we had was really good and big portions and quick service and steamed veg were great. Definitely go back again. Staff very friendly too and lovely atmosphere

very nice evening, very good value for money. large portion sizes, not fine eating, but pub eating. the staff was very nice and friendly, would go back.
